Spontaneity!
What do you notice when you hear that word- when you say it to yourself?
It's easy to get overruled in our homes.
Dinner always happens at six o'clock!
Homework is done before TV!
Clean the bathroom on Saturday!
And we established these, of course, to get a little bit of order and some containers in our homes.
And yet, is there space to show up in the moment around some of those things- when something else is being asked or something else is important in that moment?
